Just before 3:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday, January 16, 2020, members of the Greater Sudbury Police Service Tactical Unit and Integrated Crime Team assisted by members of the Ontario Provincial Police - Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and Biker Enforcement Unit executed a Search Warrant at an unlicensed, after-hours bar on the Kingsway run by the Hooligans Motorcycle Club.

Just after 3:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday, January 9, 2020, we were called in relation to a Mischief in progress on Morin Avenue where the man believed to be responsible was still on scene.

At 12:55 a.m. this morning, Wednesday, January 8, 2020, we received a call regarding a suspicious incident on Frood Road near Jean Street where a woman was seen getting out of a vehicle at the intersection and having a verbal argument with someone inside the vehicle before walking away on Frood Road.

BEAR Unit Arrest Man and Woman in Connection to Robbery at Gas Station on MR80

Just before 4:30 a.m. on December 31, 2019, a man and a woman attended a fast food restaurant on MR80 in Val Caron. The woman remained in the vehicle while the man covered his face, walked up to the drive through window, forced it open and attempted to take the cash register from inside. An employee inside the restaurant yelled at the man who let go of the register and ran back to the vehicle.

Traffic Stop on Suspended Driver Leads to Recovery of Stolen Vehicle and Seizure of Drugs

Just after 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2019, an Officer saw a vehicle being driven by a man who was believed to be a suspended driver. The Officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle finding the man in the driver’s seat and a woman in the passenger seat.
