On November 29, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Fail to Remain that occurred on MR35 in Greater Sudbury. Information provided was that a community member was driving West on MR35 when their vehicle was sideswiped by a sedan and the driver of the sedan refused to pullover. The community member followed the involved vehicle to a parking lot on Highway 144 in Chelmsford where the community member confronted the driver asking for their driver’s licence and insurance. The driver of the sedan went inside the residence prior to police arrival.
