We are requesting the public’s assistance to identify the driver of a black and purple motor vehicle (image attached) involved in a fail to stop and dangerous driving incident on August 29, 2024.

On August 29, 2024, an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Elgin Street at St. Anne Road as the vehicle was being driven without any licence plates.

The driver fled on the motor vehicle, jumping the curb onto the sidewalk where pedestrians were walking. The driver then drove the wrong way down a one-way street at a high rate of speed.

Officers have exhausted all other investigative avenues to identify the driver.
