Seeking information related to suspicious residential fire on Orell Street

Just before 5:15 a.m. on November 13, 2023, officers were dispatched to a residential building on Orell Street in Garson in relation to a suspicious fire.

Information provided was that City of Greater Sudbury Fire Services had attended the scene and Firefighters determined the fire to be suspicious.

Prior to the residents being alerted to the fire by the fire alarms inside the residence, an unknown suspicious person dressed in dark clothing was seen in the vicinity of the building.

No one was injured, however, there was damaged caused to the building.
